As a student-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, POWAN provides free programs for students globally. Our programs include virtual 1-1 tutoring, mentoring, college application assistance, educational webinars, programming bootcamps, and other events/academic solutions to ensure student success.

We ensure that students are in good hands when they work with our volunteer tutors. This is achieved through a rigorous tutor application process, including background checks, interviews and comprehensive trainings for the tutors.

Our tutors don’t run away after one hour of tutoring. They provide homework, helpful links, and so much more!
Easily Accessible
We offer free 1-on-1 tutoring over virtual conferences and it only requires an internet connection and a computer!
